feat: loading ekranı shadcn Skeleton ile değiştirildi

- Yükleniyor... spinner yerine uygulamanın layout'unu simüle eden skeleton UI - Sidebar, header, tablo satırları ve statusbar skeleton'ları
fix: AddTorrent dialog stili düzeltildi, skeleton crate eklendi
