fix: build stabilitesi için wasm-opt ve bulk-memory ayarları geri alındı

fix: rustflags sadece wasm32 hedefine özel hale getirilerek uyarılar temizlendi
perf: WASM boyutunu minimize etmek için agresif profil ayarları ve Brotli eklendi
