fix: AddTorrent dialog stili düzeltildi, skeleton crate eklendi

- Dialog buggy leptos-shadcn-dialog yerine doğrudan shadcn HTML markup ile yeniden yazıldı
- Backdrop overlay, card panel, X close butonu eklendi
- leptos-shadcn-skeleton dependency eklendi
- Tailwind CSS rebuild edildi
